About these terms

These terms govern use of this website, which presents the software-development services of PT Gowin Solution Indonesia ("Gowin", "we", "us"), based at Danta Space Office, Jl. Padang Mekar No. 9, Padangsambian, Denpasar Barat, Bali 80117, Indonesia. Individual development projects are governed by a separate written agreement; these terms do not replace it.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Sending the enquiry form additionally confirms that the contact details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share the information you send.

Services information and prices

Service descriptions explain potential areas of work, not a fixed bundle of deliverables. Prices marked "From" are starting points and, unless stated otherwise, exclude third-party costs and applicable taxes; "Custom quote" means the scope and price must be discussed. The final scope, fees, schedule, third-party costs and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.

Any time range in a service name, including the Startup MVP offer, depends on an agreed, focused scope. Support coverage and service-level commitments are specified in the relevant project or support agreement.

Enquiries are not purchases

Selecting Order or sending the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, a purchase, a reservation of capacity or an acceptance of any offer, and this website does not collect payments.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse the form, gain unauthorised access, interfere with the website's operation, or copy or reuse website content in a way that breaches these terms.

Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, graphics and logos, is owned by PT Gowin Solution Indonesia or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and use the website for its intended purpose; no other rights in the website or its content are granted by these terms. Ownership, licences, confidentiality and handover of project deliverables are addressed in the project agreement, not granted by browsing this website.

Third-party services and links

Projects and this website may involve third-party platforms, APIs or hosting providers. Their availability, eligibility rules, licences and charges remain subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Availability and no warranty

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Website content may change without notice, and the website is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or suitability for a particular project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gowin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law, and nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights granted to consumers or data subjects by applicable law.

Suspension of access

We may suspend or restrict access to the website, with or without notice where reasonably necessary, if we believe the website is or may be misused, or to maintain the security or availability of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The update date indicates the current version.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from or in connection with the website or these terms amicably within 30 calendar days of written notice. Failing settlement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia, with the District Court of Denpasar having jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Language

These terms are published in English together with an Indonesian translation, and both versions should be read consistently. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version prevails, save where Indonesian mandatory law provides otherwise.
